If you are using Windows XP and either Delorme Street Atlas 9.0 or Map'N Go 7.0, you will notice that the Voice Navigation feature does not work. Without going into the technical details, the solution is download the patch at http://www.microsoft.com/msagent/downloads.htm#sapi
Download this file (spchapi.exe) and double-click on it. This should fix the problem.
